This unproductive warehouse space was completely overhauled and fit out to accommodate a fully equipped factory floor – including the installation of air conditioned units as a heating and ventilation system.

Externally the building was re-plastered and painted – giving it a crisp, clean industrial finish, while the ground works – including roadways and drainage – were completed to required specifications.
